Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you order from Peacock's Farm.

1. About us
This website is operated by Lake District Meats LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@peacocksfarm.co.uk.
2. Orders & payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the point of order through our secure checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it.
3. Delivery
Packs are dispatched chilled — we ship every Tuesday to arrive fresh Wednesday. UK mainland delivery is included unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or for failed deliveries where incorrect address details have been provided.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Because our products are perishable food items, the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once the order has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will put it right with a replacement or refund.
5. Storage & food safety
On arrival, please refrigerate or freeze your products immediately. Follow the use-by and cooking instructions on each pack. We cannot accept liability for products that have not been stored or cooked in line with the guidance provided.
6. Your data
We only use the personal details you provide to process your order, communicate with you about your purchase and, where you have opted in, to send you updates. We do not sell your data. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the relevant order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
